Why I WANT it 

I love the concept here.  The overpiece is basically a shell and water tends to just roll off your shoulder like when your mother in law starts talking.  What makes this practical is that the rainy season is more often than not in warmer temperatures.  So, this lightweight over piece works and making it very practical.  I also really like the shape and fit, very proper military vibes.  

How I wear it most

Obviously when it rains.  This became essential because of the frequent rain.  Because it was quite warm, I put it over a t-shirt or a polo and it was just right.  I figure if it rains when the temps drop, it's easy enough to just throw the Waterboy over a sweater or a sport coat.  I hate having heavy clothes on, light layers work for today's climate.
