How long is the appointment?
45–60 minutes. We can extend if we’re building a full 2-2-4 from scratch.
Do I need to buy during the session?
No pressure. We’ll map your system and save sizes/notes so you can purchase when ready.
What should I bring?
Your go-to shoes and any piece you wear often. We’ll build around what you actually use.
Where are appointments?
In-store at 91 Allen Street, NYC or virtually via Zoom—your call.
Reschedules / Cancellations
Up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session may be shortened to respect the next guest’s time.
No-Shows
One rebook may be granted at our discretion.
